I’ve gone through my inventory of reels and have discovered my buying habit has out stretched my budget and ability to use. So here are the reels I would like to find new homes for.

1)   Dingley 3 ½ in reel. Much of the original leading is still present and the reel is mechanically sound. This would make a great switch reel. $ 235 plus shipping. (reel in the middle).  SOLD

2)   Ari t’Hart Gallatin 1 + spare spool and original cases for both. This reel has been fished lightly and does have very minor wear to the bottom of the reel. barely noticeable but it is there. This is one of the sweetest reels I have used to date. Functions flawlessly and great sound. Currently set up for RHW. $500 plus shipping


3)   Bellinger 3 ½ Classic reel. This reel has been fished once. This reel is unique in that it is one of two made with the solid, non ported spool in standard arbor. Current models have the mid arbor with ported spool. Great switch light spey or large single hand reel. Currently set up for RHW but is reversible. $500 plus shipping.




4)   Pre War Hardy Perfect 3 ¼ wide drum with line guide. This hard to find reel is free from cracks or damage. I had sent this reel to Archuleta for a full once over. The original bill indicating the work done is in the photo. The reel was fishable prior but I wanted it to be A1. The work done included replacing a couple of rivets that were loose as well as a new ivory handle was made. Lastly he indicated the reel should be re-bushed sometime down the road so I had it done while it was there. While this reel would now be considered not all original, I can assure you; it appears so and will bring many good years of fishing to the new owner. RHW $725 plus shipping. Sold



5)   Abel Super 4 in Brown trout graphic. Complete with box, pouch and paperwork. This reel has been lined but never fished. $500 plus shipping.




6) Dingley 3 1/4. This early model reel is in great shape and ready to fish!





7) Hardy Ultralight 7000DD. This reel is new in the box. Fresh Backing has been put on the reel but it has never been fished. $195 plus shipping. Sold

I have a couple others I may need to list if some of these do not sell.  A Bellinger nickel silver 2 ¾ and  4" 1909 Uniqua. These reels I have said I would be buried with but if I cannot move some of the others above I may need to resort to drastic measures!

I also have a brand new 4" wide spool for sale $665. It is the new wide drum model which had no line guide, dual pawls and can be used rhw or lhw.
