Is it a new convergence with the blank exposed through reel seat?whats the line rating and such?

I have 2 that I could pair wih the reel. Ones a medium 10'6 12-20 bought 2 years ago. The other is a medium heavy 10'6 12 -25 bought last season. Both in good shape and only fished half a dozen times
