Cabo san lucas
« on: February 03, 2014, 07:09:40 PM »

Hi guys
Just returned from Cabo while doing some surf fishing
I managed to land a bronze whaler .
I'm not sure how to post pics but if you search cabosurfcaster on face book
There's a pic of me with it .
Anyone willing to upload the pic for the forum would be very appreciated.

My bad, I was looking at the wrong photo. Was looking at the one with his hands in the gills.

Either way, nice fish.

Morning
We fished a number of locations from the sea of cortez to the pacific side I'm not sure on the specific locations though as it was moastly through private entrances to the beach.
The water temp had made fishing slow for this time of year and was just starting to pick up when we left.
Summer will be awesome though when the big Roosters arrive .

Ya was pretty similar when I was there for New Years. Some of the pics up in Jansens tackle got me pretty excited for rooster season. We got a couple mahi mahi aka dorado and tuna on the boat. Did u fish with Wesley? I tried to contact him on Facebook but didn't have any luck
