I haven't caught anything on it that big, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it for lakers up to 10lbs.

TFO fly rod 2wt is what I use in Kawkawa Lake. I had a friend re & re a Dragonfly fly reel so it's a centerpin/mooching reel with a free spool and adjustable drag system so I can bottom fish or troll with it. Any size of fish is fun on this set up.
I use a 2wt echo, love it. I troll a red spratley or just a worm on a snell with full sink line.
Works great for Kokanee, and a wild ride for anything bigger.
