Chilliwack River, November 1st 2014
« on: November 02, 2014, 12:25:38 AM »

I fished lower mid river from 2:30 to 5:30. Water level was at the highest for me this season. Clarity was about 2 to 3 feet. Sky was partly sunny. Didnt see very many anglers and no one with fish as I walked to my spot. When I arrived I had the bar to myself for most of the time. Managed to hook and land a 5lb hatchery female at 4pm using my fav spoon.  That was it for the day. Wasnt expecting much so I was just happy to get one.

most anglers are probably worn out with the high water and relentless rain....more coming for next few days.

Looks like you set the hook so hard the fish landed in a field and skidded across it  ;D lol. Nice fish
