Good reminder that fishing a river involves more than just buying the gear and wading out.
I am glad the guy is safe. I am sure he will know better next time and educate those around him.

This guy is lucky there were rescuers available. Glad he was able to go home to his family after an eventful outing.

No they will not charge him.  He can send a donation as many people who have been rescued do.
