I'm looking for a mooching rod for my Shimano 2000GT mooching reel. Planning to use it for trolling and salmon fishing on the coast.

For under $150 you can buy a new fenwick HMX, great rod for that price range.

Just picked up the HMX from A&N this afternoon. Looks like a very solid rod. Thanks for the tip, guys.
