I use the exact same set up as you. I have had luck at the pumphouse in Ft. Langley, Poplar Bar in Glenn Valley. But there are many places. Richmond dump bar, No2 rd dock, no3 rd dock, Barrowtown Pump Station, and so on...
where is the pump house in fl

Off the Fort to Fort trail on the South side of Bedford Channel. Park anywhere around the pub and walk West on the trail a good 10min or less till you reach the pumphouse where the Salmon River empties into the Bedford Channel, walk down to the bar and cast straight out :)

Might want to keep the posts about spots offline and to personal messages only. I fish for sturgeon and know a lot of spots have very limited space (docks for example) so they just can't handle the pressure of more people. Thanks.

Is that the pump on Bedford Channel? About halfway down on the south side? I have heard that it is really good because the pump chews up the odd fish and chums the water for you.

Interesting theory, I never thought of it that way.

Yes, that's the spot.
