Bottom fishing for Ling Cod in Mill Lake this year has been extremely relaxing. Get out and enjoy the water.

Could you imagine  ::) I'm almost gagging just of the thought.

Warm, slimy, muddy, poopy and gross. Yack.

Relaxing cause you would never find one there. But then again with Mill Lake - never say never.  :o

On a side note though, I did get 7 or 8 nice little factory Rainbow on Sunday morning. 3 on a Damsel nymph and the others on various chironies - green was the best colour all around.

Yeah, that's if pikes don't steal your bait.

For those who are wondering what's being talked about. Lingcod and rockfish fishing opens in some parts of BC on May 1st.

FYI, none of the waters around the Lower Mainland will be opened for these, so please don't target them.
