Tried lower near railway bridge and there was nothing doing. My favourite spot has been washed out, so headed to the upper. Pain in the arse with all of the construction. Saw some fish rolling, so tried roe, with no results. Switched to pink wool, and had a taker. Landed 18.5 lb spring. Had one other bite, but as soon as the sun started shining, things shut down. Glad I moved, but not many fish for this time of year. Glad I got what I got.
