C.F, It sounds like you are the Cap expert. Do you care to share any of the fishing spots on the Cap? ???

All the action is down in the lower end (the mouth and behind park royal).  One postings CF made me think he was on reserve land...am I right CF???

Any how I snorkelled the upper end yesterday (cable pool, dog leg, etc) and there is very little in the river and what is there is pretty booty.  I pulled out 3 BB's with long leaders, I hate flossers who take it off the fraser....makes me sick.  Before I started snorkelling the cable pool, s**t like that would ruin the drift for a very long time.

PS -  to the guys using briad in the cable pool...smarten up and thanks for the new Kitamat spoon!

I would imagine that there would be alot of gear to be found at the Cable Pool.

sounds like its time for Aquaboy to don the dive gear and spend some time retreaving bed springs....

I dove cable pool and the wier pool when I worked at the hatchery..."scaring" fish up into the ladder.... always fun.....especially when you drop a dive flag in the cable pool......tends to make you not to popular with the people who think they own the river.

Where is the wier pool?  Thats the 2nd referrence to it...otherwise the cable pool right up to the foot bridge is free to any man made snags!  (hold your applause thank you  ;) )
