It's Indian land. They don't take too kindly to people of a different colour to be fishing on "their" land.

I don't know the specifics of the lease, but Park Royal is on leased land.

I was there this morning. I haven't fished in 2.5 months. Concentrated on Golf instead. I didn't exactly picked a good day to start fishing again.

Salt: @ 6:15. Ebb tide saw some 2 jumpers in 1.5 hours.
About 6-8 people there. Nobody caught any. From the bridge to the 1st point.

Fresh: @ 8:00. Low vis. About 4 feet. Low & Slow. Fly fished for 2 hours. About 5 people came & went. Nobody caught any. No chasers. I did see 4 fresh ones.   ??? Hmm, maybe one fresh I saw 4 times. ;)

Was out early last Sat.  Had a 3 lb jump 3 feet away from me and then 25 min later a 4 lb hit me mid calf trying to get away from a seal.  When the fish start coming out of the water to hit you....it's time to go home.  So I did.
