So where is this secret spot called Peg Leg? ;D

If you decide to fish Peg Leg, please carry your garbage out, or take out some of other people's discarded trash as well. Don't be part of the ongoing garbage problem, be a solution. I don't know how bad it is, but CG was there this morning (not fishing :o ) and he can probably tell more.

There also isn't a need to use that bar as a truck testing ground. Keep them off the bar please.

Looking from shore it looked too deep to cross but the river is dropping every day so it may be ok in a day or so if this years freshet has not changed the channel, it does not look like it to me at the present.. Saw lots of people out there in boats. Some were launching at Peg also.

We anchored out woth all the other boats at Grassy yesterday. We touched nada; ::) the boat directly above us got one spring and a coupla sox (released properly; i. e.- without the fish leaving the water). :) Not alot of action on that bar at all on Sat. Maybe shoulda been at Peg Leg?  ???

Hmm I caught and released 3 socs (quickly and properly) Saturday but didn't touch anything else. Was only out for about 2 hours.

Our group of 4 got 3 sockeyes(all released in the water). Saw quite a few springs caught and people walking home with a huge bag- assuming they were all springs.
