Well I'm finally back home from 15 solid days of fishing/guiding the Fraser river, and still married . Man the back of my neck is like leather! We have had some spectacular days with several springs on and plenty of sockeye to the boat and then other days it seems like someone turned off the "Fish Switch" We only had two confrontations with illegal FN drift nets. One occasion the culprits asked me to pull anchor and move my boat, but I had clients on board and refused to move. They left as soon as the client pulled out her video camera and started filming.

 As far as I can see, there are lots of sockeye to be had as we had over 30 to the boat one day. The bar rods were a little slow as we only managed 3 springs on the glo's. All in all it was a great two weeks away and the best part was getting to meet all sorts of different people from all over the country and seeing them enjoy the very best that B.C. has to offer.
