Well we're having a pretty good weekend so far:
Friday evening my fishing partner and I come off the Fraser with two smaller Springs 10 and 12lbs.
Saturday we were on our way back to the boat launch at 8:00am with a 25-1/2 and a 32lb Spring.
This morning was quite a bit slower for us - I put a 3-lb red jack in the cooler then we both lost a good Spring each, both in the low twenties. It's interesting that last year we darn near had the same catch except this day last year we were completely skunked. So if everything holds it's course, I should see a Spring in the mid-twenties tomorrow.

Not the mid-twenties as anticipated but we were on our way back to the launch at 8:20am this morning with my 12-lb and my fishing partners 15-lb Spring. The canners are boiling away right now and the leftovers for dinner b-b-que. Can't wait until next weekend.

Oh and on a side note: I heard today at the Deroche launch that they will have the pay parking attendant in place in a couple of weeks. $6.00 to drop the boat. The lot will be open from 6:00am to 10:00pm daily. That wasn't the news we wanted to hear.
