Fraser river bar fishing!! July 23rd

Well me the roekid, cohocody and my buddy fished saturday and a few hours sunday. I was the only one who landed one, I guess roekid will be quiet for a while ;D ;D ;D ;D. Heres some pics

Did you boys loose one also. I heard someone in the lower part of Maple Leaf Bar #2 had one right to the beach on Saturday. I was told it fell off and there was some grabbing, chasing, and spashing  ;D ;D as the fish  gained it's freedom. :'(

Yes Chris, that was us.  My rod went off at 7:20 am and I had it in the shallows a few feet from shore.  The fish decided to thrash and hook came out.  The fish went belly up for a few seconds in about 10 inches of water were roe kid jumped on it.  It then woke up in a hurry and was gone. ::)  My next fish bit 12 hours later where I made no mistake. ;)

Man dont u hate that when u see the hook pop out and the fish catches its breath. I have come close to jumping in after a few ahahha.
