i tried this the other nite and man it was good my bro bake his salmon in some seasoning spices a touch of lemon and then wrapped it in bacon covered it up with foil and baked for 20Min's at 350degrees ;D

was it a fillet that he did this way, or the whole fish?

When it's too wet or cold to drag out the BBQ, that's what I do.

Often try it with Maple syrup/Blackberries/anything with a strong flavour to compliment Sockeye's strong salmon flavours.
