THE BEST out of any recipes i've done lately, is this, and it's really easy....get some cedar plank, 1/2 in. or so thick...soak it for a couple hours in water....buy some Johnnys salmon seasoning...it's a more salt based versus pepper based like montreal steak seasoning...it's excellent...you put in on the fish, it's a shaker bottle so very easy...put it on the plank and on the bar b que...I cook at medium heat for 20 - 25 minutes....last 5 minutes you can either add on his dressing which is a dill style or brown suger...I've tried both and both ways are outstanding....
My one daughter "hates" fish...but she wolfs this down...i've had customers come in and try it and they think it's like steaks....seasoning is best i've found!!
