So why don't you tell us where you fished and that way you won't be by yourself?

I'll put my report in here as its basically a general report.  Left the house just for an afternoon since it was a nice day.  Went the distance to the mouth of the Nicomen slough to look for any action.  NADA!  Ramp is also still closed although there is more water.  Saw two rises in the slough and the way down to the end as well so little or next to nothing happening there.  Fish counter lady also said super slow up top as well and nothing but Chum have moved into the Norrish.  Inch Creek has 6 coho in, so whether those are from the Stave or not, I don't know as I didn't ask her.

Went to the Stave to cast flies for chum and enjoyed the sun setting against the clouds.  Beautiful evening out and had nothing even though there are ridiculous numbers of chum in the river.  I didn't want to let my fly sink that deep to find a fin or a tail.  Surprising number of BB's out there and just one other guy fly-fishing.  A nice evening overall - looking forward to tomorrow's day off.

Cheers
