There are still quite a few people that haven't informed me of what they are bringing to the BBQ, seeing that it is only a few days away could you please let me know asap so I know what I have to bring :)
Thx TR

Hey TR - two questions... first, is there a list of stuffs we want/need for the BBQ?  Second, seeing that I'm new to the vedder, I'm not sure where the 'Cedar Run' is - could you splain, Lucy?  Or post/email me the google earth local? (that IS where the BBQ is going to be, yes?)

I'll bring garbage bags, chopped onions, ketchup, mustard and Relish.  Don't think I'll be there all afternoon for the whole BBQ, so someone will need to volunteer to haul out the full garbage bags.

Well, it is easy to get to, just cross the tamahi bridge and keep going up river.  Ceder run is just a bit past Allison pools.  There is a big parking area there infront of the dyke, and I don't think you could miss all of us!!  There will more than likely be a tent and a weigh in station as well!! ;D

Great offerings Scouterjames !! I will have my pickup there so I will be able to take away the garbage, BigSteel gave you pretty good directions to the Cedar Run .. there will be a tonne of cars parked and I will look into putting up a sign on the road so those who have never been there will be able to find it

Lets see if someone can bring some that will not cost anything before we buy some. Temperature looks cold in the long range so a blazing fire will be nice. ;D ;D
