Fished about a hour this morning water conditions good then Gwyn and I put in around a hundred coho carcasses from the Chilliwack River Hatchery into a few off channel areas of the Chilliwack River.
Got a call from The Master out for is first steelhead trip of the new season. He got a Dolly that he said was the biggest he has caught ever on the Vedder, I believe he said it was over 10. No camera as he had it in for repairs.
I could not help as I was on the otherside of the river.
I went out for the last hour after doing the coho but nothing, explored some new water, heard two were caught earlier in the day where I was fishing.
Another day of a skunk but at least I got close to a lot of coho although they were a bit red and dead.
Tomorrow is another day, getting closer to a Iron, I hope.
