Hey what a way to go there Big Steel, and first cast too,  that must of been a rush. I'm getting jealous now seeing all these great steelies caught so quick but it is nice to see to be sure. Anyway congrats on the fish and thanks for the beauty pics. :)

Nice Big Steel. You finally live up to your name again.  :)
Is it just me or did you use photoshop and do a switcheroo with the chum avatar and put in a steely? those pictures look identical!  8)

Thanks guys, it was way to long of a time coming!!  But it sure as heck feels good. ;)  You wouldn't believe how much I had been doubting myself over the last little while, but I was able to stick with it, and thanks to Flyguy for helping out today.   Thanks to all the others that posted pics of theirs, and those with the words of encourgement.  All that kept me going.  Just hope that I don't have to wait that long for another. ;D

This fish wasn't caught on the first cast of the morning, but the first cast into a new run that I hadn't fished yet.  Nice looking water. ;D

Haven't had a chance to change my profile yet, but I will do that right now!! ;D

Nice steely, u were persistent and hooked up! And mabey the water u fished wasn't good enough for the fish?  ??? What ever, beuty steely! I still need my 2007 fish!
