Lafarge March 31/07
« on: March 31, 2007, 07:17:15 PM »

Well since I live a couple minutes away from lafarge, I could see 2 v-boats in the lake with my binoculars. One green, one blue, and a kid with orang hair. Hook Set and __hooked__ :D. Made my way down there for them to tell me fishing was slow. Trolled around for about 2 hours, with __hooked__ getting the only fish. Hook Set and him left around 5 or so, and just as they were leaving, i had changed from floating line to full sink. Right as they were closing their doors to the truck , i hooked myself a nice 15incher which i fought for a long time, and it even peeled out line. Landed and decided to keep it. Right after i finished with that fish, I casted my fly out there and strated trolling again, 10seconds later, BAM, nother fish on! landed that one, decided to keep it also. It was the same story the next hour, hooking a ton of fish.

PS: The bite "turned on" around 5 ;)

Tight Loops,
CC ;)

Cody you sure are the "Lafarge guru"! we were out there floating around for a few hours today and only had a couple small bites, it seemed pretty slow today for most people. It was a little chilly out there today, had to sit in the truck for a bit to warm up my hands.
