Those look great.

I'm no expert at Steely flies but i personally like orange/black combo flies. I tie a pretty killer prawn pattern  that one customer of ours swears by. Its all he carries. But i definatly love tying them. Your imagination is the only limits.

Great ties JJ. Love some of those Dee flies. You've got some great shape to those patterns, and some great imagination, I haven't seen alot of those combo's ;D

probably, I like tying my patterns with silver tinsel so they have some flash. If it doesn't work for coho, u can count on it producing for chum(they'll hit anything!)

either flash or a white under body for a good minnow look, but coho like flash the best

You bet Golfie, I'll bring the flies and you bring the cigars. ;D ;)

But really I like anything dark with orange or pink highlights its gotta be thin and have some movement, but very little flash.

anything will work, you just have to have faith in it.

In may I have caught steelies on fry/minnow patterns, and I have killed fish in the past and found fry in the stomach, along with cigarette butts and small pieces of wood.

so I don't think their very picky.

Have you spey casted before? Do I need a faceshield? and ear muffs?(to keep your hooks outta my nice ears.)
