Hello everyone!

My name is Wayne and I moved to BC about 3 yrs. ago and what a great place to be !!
I'm an avid flyfisherman and am looking for small rivers locally to fish for catch and release mostly.
Would also like to hook up with people to go fishing with as well, on some rivers.

I am presently living in Cloverdale. I work in Langley as an anvilman/sawfiler
As far as what type of fish I like to catch, I guess one of every species until I figure out which ones I favour!!haha
I hear that steelhead are similar to atlantic salmon as far as fight goes. Since I've been here I have tried fishing a little on the vedder, but would be nice to find a place that is more secluded ( just a little elbow room maybe..haha)

Other than that I have two dogs and am presently engaged to a wonderful gal!

I'm new here, my name is Jason and I live in Maple Ridge.  Just trying to get into this fishing thing...have tried off and on with limited success.  My youngest son (9 yrs) fell in love with fishing when he went on a fishing trip and caught a big lake trout...now we all want to get into the sport.
