Name: Marion Sherlock, 29
Languary Spoken: English, rustry French
Residence: Vancouver
Marital Status: Happily Married to Mr. Sherlock
Favorite food: Wild and Organic food served with good wine and beer.
Favorite fish species: Coho
Favorite fish species for fishing: Coho and Chinook, never caught a steelhead but maybe that might change my mind
Favorite river: Capilano River - haven't fished much anywhere else.
Other misc. info: First year of fishing with any resolve in the lower mainland. Grew up on lakefront in the gulf islands terrorizing small mouth bass and the occasional trout. Absolutely blown away by salmon fishing on rivers, it's like dying and going to heaven. Way harder than catching Bass! Looking forward to learning everything I can and to hopefully upgrading my reel, maybe learn to fly fish after I become a better fisherman (fisherwoman? That sounds kinda awkard...) Anyway, here I am, so don't act so surprised when you meet me at the river. :D

dave
46yr old
live in surrey

new to fishing - seems like soooo much to learn.

caught my first rainbow this summer on Nicola lake.  Left my lic on shore the only day CO was on the lake.   Cool guy tho - let me go to shore and get it and let me off with a warning.   Got lots of good fishing info From him too.

went to the Vedder a handfull of times this fall  but only got some trout.   Been to Green timbers and rice lake with junior but no luck.

I think I have a fish curse.  My father used to fish the Vedder when he was alive.  He would limit out almost every time.  Except when I joined him - nothing.  Next day by himself =- limit again.   Sigh
