Thanks to all for the tips.
I have been storing my roe wrapped tight in newspaper soaked in water, and than frozen. Not perfect but seems to keep pretty good. Mind you, I didn't eat the roe. It's for the fish. ::)
I'll try that with a slight variation of wrapping the fillets tight in cling wrap, newspaper, soaking in water and then freezing them. I guess that should be as good as can be. Also, I should keep less fish so it doesn't last so long.
Any more suggestions not mentioned are welcome.
