Fraser July 16th.
« on: July 17, 2007, 11:45:45 AM »

Went out bottom bouncing last night. Selectively of course. No fish seen, except on the finder. Many seem to be travelling between 5-10 feet below the surface for what it's worth. Not at the bottom. I suspect they are mostly those elusive early Stuart run Sockeye, with the occasional Spring in the mix. The Springs seem to sit closer to the bottom, that's why I like the bottom bouncing method, it targets the Springs. Every one else was bottom bouncing, didn't see anything hooked, so much for that theory. Fraser is still very high. Where is peg leg? ???

Pegleg wont be walk-in-able for a good long time based on the current river levels.

He has a 'finder', so he must be flossing froma a boat.  ;D

Pegleg is the large island (currently) above Island 22 boat launch.
