Whitefish and Pikeminnow

How do you guys cook Whitefish and/or Pikeminnows? I usually just fillet them and fry. Are there other recipes?

Yup, but they're tasty. I've only caught them once though, 12 of them. I think the best time is in summer?

Pikeminnows do have big bones but they are pretty good. I pan fried em last time I kept some.

I pan fry them too. Filletting(sp?) them makes them more enjoyable because the bones would be out of the way.
