While we are on the subject of goofs ,how about the boats that rip up Nicomen slough at full throttle only to return 5 minutes later ripping her up going back the other way.

it clearly says that the bait ban is on until oct 31.so nov 1st would be the first day you could use roe. maybe you should read a little more closely before you jump on someones back.
