While true.  But the origional owner will need to proof he/she owns the vehicle through purchasing/trade... and it all comes down to registry and having a legal system that justify such claim.  When there is no such system in place, who gets what?  How is it's ownership kept track?

Fn's history is an oral history and that can be proven in a court of law. There have been arceological digs that have proven the exhistance of aboriginals for thousands of years and as well written history of early exploreres here in the 1700's. You can't sell something that's not yours. It's like walking on the vedder in october ,taking everyone's fishing rods and selling them. No one has any papers for that but they know it's there's.

So the reason they got the land is they're here first?  How is the boundary determind?

They use to kill each other to determin it. ;D Fortunately those days are over, well sort of. :-\ It's about time something was done to settle the claims though.

There will be a scientific mortality test done on the Fraser this coming year, to address the question of Sockeye catch and release mortality.
There are at present NO stats. on this. All the stats are from ocean fishing.

This is one of reasons why I believe you will no longer see a sockeye opening on the Fraser River for the recreational sector.
