Heard of one wild fish today, fishing was slow in Mid and upper since water is so clear, would love some more rain to boost the river up a bit and give it some colour.

Water was clear enough at 5:30 tonight that I could see a nice 8 pound hatch doe twisting on the end of my line in 2.5 feet of water ;D  Only got to fish for an hour after work.

A river is never quite silent; it can never, of its very nature, be quite still; it is never quite the same from one day to the next. It has its own life and its own beauty, and the creatures it nourishes are alive and beautiful also. Perhaps fishing is only an excuse to be near rivers. - Haig-Brown

Lol didnt know you were out today Nick..... Lower Mid was in good condition but it is extremely low and clear water right now.... make sure you use light leader and downsize your offering... today I was using roe sacs about nickle to quarter size, I was also using a size 3 colorado in silver which I got a couple hits on.... no solid hook-ups today but talked to someone who had hooked and lost 2 on jigs. Any how good luck to any one going tomorrow! Im gonna try and head out at first light, maybe Ill se some of you out there  8)
