Great looking fish Britguy. Congrats. Is this a first light fish or taken later in the day?
I hit the train bridge section today and it was void of any sign of fish. Looks like the water is so low and clear that it is not very productive fishing 'too far up', LOL.

Wow, how did that wild fish end up dead? the bear must have chewed off the other half. But why it didn't finish the whole thing?  ???

It's using the other half for bait. ;)

Lovely catch Britguy. Spinner under a float or tossing weighted spinner on its own?

I took this fish at arround 1.30pm
spinner under a float
where i was fishing you can't fish too deep or too long a leader as there are lots of snags
I was keeping my float just between the main stream and the slower water

There were 6 seals in the canal yesterday that came into the run we were fishing. I bet the half fish from a seal.

when I posted that, I meant the whole river since they have been known to travel as far as ranger, and I have seen them in Allison.
