Cap report - july 3, 08

Haven't posted a report in a long time, so I thought I'd contribute. After a five day trip in the interior fightin some beautiful bows, it was back to the city so i decided to fish the ol' cap today, with an arsenal of steelie roe (only stuff i got left). Water was on the higher side. Few risers. I managed to land one, lost one at the beach and missed a couple takes. From the three trips I've made this season i've got three.....but the run is way lower than previous years.

Congrats to your nice outing. Do you fish in the early morning at the upper pools or lower runs?
