checked the live cam on chehails hatchery...... isnt this too earily for chum now? ???

yeah thats from last year , i went last saturday and theres just a few red springs in the canal . 1st  rain will bring them in

The Albion test fishery does show lots more chum than coho. Go figure.

the net that the test fishery uses at Albion is designed to catch Chum one day and then the next day a multi panel Chinook net is used. With neither net designed to catch coho it would explain why the coho catches are less than the Chum catches in the test fishery

went to ruskin to check out if they r in or not on the way back from vedder. couple guyz were fishing for trout. Thats all :'(

I caught a chum on the Vedder yesterday, and it was in the mid river.
Seems that all Vedder fish is early this year.
