Water was in top shape this morning heard of 4 or 5 hooked or landed. Lots of anglers out as can be expected for a weekend.

The regular amount for a Sunday but there is always room. Also fish are on the move so you never know when a fish will move into the area you are fishing. Also do not worry if someone has fished the run before you as a little different presentation may trigger a take.

Today I fished a run, moved to another spot for a bit and then back to the starting one then the fish bite, actually twice before I finally hooked it.

conditions were excellent until the rain was getting more. Visibility went down to 2 ft when I left at the trainbridge area at 5.30. No hookups for me today, still waiting for my first one...
As soon as i started to leave a big Fish jumped right in front of me so I had to stay a few casts longer...without success.

Who was the guy talking in german to me at KWB ? Think he's from Yarrow...

there seemed to be a ton of anglers out today, at one point the run I was fishing was jumped by 4 guys who just started fishing below me. I am looking forward to fewer anglers out for mid week.
