hey chris, haven't seen you out for awhile, we must be fishing different areas.
went out on monday and hooked into one briefly, and didn't touch anything else.
weather was extremely nice, and the water very clear.sun beating down on the river probably puts them into a little more of a hiding mode.

About a 1.5 feet in the middle river this afternoon and low and clear still in the upper... lost 1 nice chrome bullet today... I guess thats what keeps us coming back! Beautiful sunny day out there!

River jumped a good 8 inches the last few days.
Conditions were great today.
3 feet in lower, around 6 or more in the upper. Didnt really get a good look at the mid but it looked around 2 at tamahi.

went out for a quick one today. water had come up over the last two days! visibility silted up a bit by afternoon. managed to hook into a bullet that head shook and gave me one good jump before spitting the hook back at me! had to leave by 2pm, but yeah, that's what keeps me coming back. saw two others get hooked.

Visibilty was good in the Lower this morning, I did not see a lot of rods out. Fishing was good this week according to one angler. ;D ;D

Light rain showers now but river in nice shape in the Lower. Talked to one angler who had retained a fish about 11 pounds he said.

Was hanging in when I looked at it earlier this afternoon but with all the rain we have been getting today we will be lucky if it stays in. I am sure we will get a fresh report near the end of the day.

Water was ok this aternoon.  3-4 ft in the lower.  Up top was a bit better.  It was raining really hard today so lets hope she doesn't blow.

We started at Peach and vis was 3 ft around noon.
Went up top, started at around 5 feet vis (2 ish) and dropped rapdily to 2 feet vis by 5:30 and came up a few inches making crossing back quite difficult.
On the way back down vis was getting worse, below tamahi is completely blown, 0 vis and totally grey.
Still pouring rain in the wack.

Visibility good when I checked at 10 AM this morning in the Lickman Road area. A few rods out.

Looks like a warrm day ahead so watch the gauge later in the day and tomorrow morning to see if it jumps very much.

I was waiting to hear what you had to say Chris but you never came back. I ended up going.

The day's are warm, the fish are active and the clarity was good. I hooked multiple fish (didn't land any :( ), and saw even more rolling around. GET OUT THERE!!!
