Good luck to all those partaking in the derby. :)

I'll make sure to stay away from the river that day - the Vedder is crowded enough without a derby taking place.
I can only imagine what it will be like on Sunday! :o

Anyway, to all those who will be there, have fun guys and make sure to leave a few fish behind for those of us that will fish after you! ;)

Hey Rick, I got 75 bowls. I hope that is enough. I will pick up the buns on Saturday and do we still need spoons. Let me know and I will pick them up.

We do need spoons, if you could grab those it would be great, seems to me however that only a few people who are attending have told me what they are bringing!! I hope it doesn't end up as a few feeding a hundred, maybe if we don't get enough people bringing a potluck item we will have to cancel the lunch part of the derby next year

Hey Rick.... havn't done this before.
Are we able to purchase a ticket right at the river if we have 25 bucks the morning of, instead of having to drive all the way back to Reaction to Pick one up and validate it?
I live right on the river and plan to fish up that way anyways.

All tickets have to be validated at Reaction the morning of the derby. Reaction is only 15min so that is not to far away.

If you have ever been to one of our derbies you would know that the area we use is always cleaner when we leave than when we first get there !!!

And everyday as flyguy said all tickets must be validated at reaction the morning of the derby, as you know there are many people travelling a long distance to take part, reaction fly and tackle have been a big supporter since we started the derby and that is why the validation takes place there

  Unforunetly Rick when doing frundraisers it is always the same core of people that step up. Searun17 and I both know as that is what happened to us in the past when we have organized fundraisers. I think that maybe in the future we charge a small few for those that want to eat but do not contribute to the lunch.

I recieved an e-mail out of the blue last night from Steven Su of the New West Army & Navy, they have generously donated a Sam Cohen drift rod AN106MH 12-25 LB.   I am blown away by how generous this is as nobody that I know of contacted them for their support, this is someting that they have done on their own accord and is much appreciated..

  Actually searun17 concacted them last week and again on Monday. He sent them all the info and how to contact you. It is definatley nice to see so many great companies supporting this.
