Boaters and non-boaters alike can get into the action at the 48th annual Vancouver International Boat Show, February 4-8, 2009 at BC Place Stadium and the False Creek Yacht Club. In addition to the hundreds of boats and marine accessories on display at the best deals of the year, there are exciting activities for all ages to enjoy and discover
boating.

Fishing with Rod is giving away show tickets to current subscribers! Simply be in the draw by sending an email to info@fishingwithrod.com titled "Boat Show Tickets"!

Here are the top ten reasons to visit the show:

1) Affordable family fun – The boat show is an entertaining and economical activity for the entire family. The five-day event features the newest boat models, latest technology and leading marine accessories and services, plus contests, how-to seminars, interactive features and destination reviews. Tickets are $13 for adults and FREE for kids 16 and under.

2) Pro wakeboard exhibition – Militia Marketing wakeboarders will showcase their extreme skill, creativity and courage, with daily performances set over two indoor pools within feet of spectators so they can watch their stunts up close.

Subscribers, I'll do the draw for free tickets on Thursday night and they will be mailed to the winners on Friday. Get your name in the draw if you are interested in going. :)

Dont forget to stop by our booth and see Fred Helmers new 32 ft offshore.... it is a piece of beauty....Plus a very cool 22 ft Thunder Jet Rio Classic with the new cab forward configuration.
