Fish Farm Supreme Court Judgement Link
« on: February 14, 2009, 10:49:33 AM »

Received this today so have posted it as some of you may wish to read it.

Chris

Friends,

So you are kept informed, here is the link to the text of last Monday's judgment by the BC Supreme Court, in the aquaculture case brought by Alexandra Morton and others. It is  a fascinating document to read - give yourself lots of time, but not near bedtime! If this is not top-of-interest to you, please forward the link to another needy person.

I hope you find it worthwhile for your collection of good papers.

I'm getting lost in all the double negatives and legalspeak in that doc.

Any lawyers or paralegals out there that can translate this into streamside jargon for me?
