it is the case .and if you read it says powered boats, the engine off means no power if you need more talk to a c.o.

Hmm well no it doesn't say powered boats.  There's a huge difference in the language used and it changes interpretation.  I'm going to ask a CO out of interest next time I run into one.  Thanks.  ANYWAYS way off topic, back to seals!

Seals need some birth control in the Strait.   Paint it on buckshot and blow it into their brains with a shotgun.

There time will come. Killer whales just need to put them higher up on the menu. Reminds me of a certain river system that Otters were wiping out the resident trout and dollies. Then one day the big bad coyote got whiff of them. I'll spare you the details as this is a family forum.
