If you go to www.gofishbc.com you can print off the stocking plan for 2009 season. Unfortunately there are a number of omissions in the squamish area, hut lake being one of them. I don't see any mention of Leveett lake,Cat lake,Stump lake,Fawn lake,Lucille lake,Starvation lake on the plan either. Thats not to say that there can't possibly be adjustments to the plan.

Average weight of these fish in Rice Lake is 360 grams, in Buntzen Lake is 348 grams.

  The lakes are almost getting to warm for them to stock. I do not know the exact temp at which they stop but it is pretty close to the 20 degree mark which the lakes are getting close too.

Around a dozen lakes in the Lower Mainland (Stacey, Alice, Brohm, Browning, Alpha, Lost, Nita, Rice, Buntzen, Como and Lafarge) will be stocked next week before the BC Family Fishing Weekend.

The hatchery is wrapping up the spring catchable rainbow trout stockings. There is one more stocking for Buntzen Lake before it ends. Stockings will resume in late September.

I heard Lafarge stocked 300 rainbow the day before yesterday, is that true?
