Thanx for posting this.  Nothing really new though.  The damage fish farms are doing is well known, and unfortunately the lack of will byf our governments to do something about it is also well known.  Unfortunately the Sockeye are probably just the start!!

Is it really well known? Everytime I tell someone I find out they didn't understand.

Really, they don't know about the environmental damage the fish farms are doing?  Right from the pollution, sea lice to the escape of alien species into our waterways.  I don't think fish farming is a bad thing, but they should be a closed, land base system, that has ZERO impact to the environment and to native fish species.

Have a great day
