poncho you could use your trout rod jsut depends on how long and it rating i have ten different rod for bass fishing

appollo and tumbleweed the ten inch fish are the average size for albert dycke it sucks but its true there are some big ones in there but you can go for years and not catch a big one mill lake at dusk is your best bet

Thanks Noxcape, I was at Mill lake last weekend with my kid and we were catching sunfish. I will try at dusk. I went to the ponds by the number 11 highway in abbotsford tonight but had no luck again. This has become my new addiction...LOL

So nox if you were me would you go to mill lake this friday or would you go to trinity western? I dont necessarily want to catch the "biggest" bass but decent size ones (i.e. 1 or 2 pounds). Numbers are more important than size. I await your response. p.s. and any other info you could give me would be much appreciated (eg. time of day, what lures, what part of the lake/pond to fish, etc). Thanks

Thanks Nox for the reply. I never knew we had bass locally. I'm definitely going to give it a try.

Like hell. I kill them all. Most of them here are introduced via the bucket brigade. If the government won;'t do there job to remove this vermin i will and trust me, I am not alone either.
