Bait Ban at the fraser

Is it true that the Bait Ban ::) is Extended up to the 7th on this month?

Bait ban periods for the Fraser River as follows:

Fraser River Mouth to Mission: Sept 8 - Oct 9
Mission to Hope: Sept 10 - Oct 12
Hope to Sawmill Creek: Sept 12 - Oct 15

I think I know the answer to these questions but - does "scent" squirted onto a lure count as bait?  and are Jensen eggs considered bait?

Lures that excrete scent are categorized as bait. Jesen eggs are categorized as bait.

What if I'm chewing on some roe and then just give my lure a kiss for good luck.
