This is so easy to make all you need is the following ingredients

Pinks cut into 1 to 2 inches wide all 2 lbs of them or less
3- table spoon of Kikkoman MIRIN Style Sweet cooking seasoning
2- Table spoon  of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup ginger cut into 2 cm thick 1 to 2 inch wide (it's up to you)
1- Teaspoon of Corn pepper
And a 2 -Table spoon of Hadashi Fish powder Mix all ingredient  put in a pan Cover cook in medium for 20 to 30 minutes
you will notice the sweet smell of the kitchen ready to serve ..It's really good  I just got this to a group of Japanese fishing the canal
