Tiny ziplock bags (2" X 3"), one leader per bag.

there is also this round thing that you spin up the line into and the hook gets stuck in cork board in the center. these are great because you dont get any kinks in your leader line like you do with leader boards. A friend has one of these and loves it, i cant find one however  >:(

They seem to come in some pretty lame colors but I got a Pip's box leader organiser which works well. You can get 10 - 20 leaders in it depending on how you stack them up,

Your talking about the PIPS Box, Im in no way interested in saving leaders. I like the peace in mind knowing the line coming off the leader spool is in as best of shape as it could be.

Agree about reusing them, it's nice to have a bunch of fresh ones ready tied to save time.

No one I know reuses their leaders, I keep my pips stocked up simply so I can retie quickly after losing a leader or changing out a dull hook

I dont bother with leader holders either because i can retie pretty fast so whats a few seconds i might save  ::) If you have everything handy in your vest its just as quick.

Leader boards are simple, and compact enough to keep in a vest or neoprene pocket for quick access.

I use a piece of cardboard (cut from a box), and 2-3" wide x maybe 6" long. Just cut a notch every inch or so along the top and bottom, so there is room for 5-6 leaders on it. If you go to some of the fishing lodges they will give you pretied leaders just like that. A couple of those fit in the vest pocket and you are set for the day.

Pretied is nice as it allows you to change your setup really easily. I fish a lot of roe, but if things get slow, on goes a blade for a couple of casts, or a jig, or back to roe...  with no tying. Also once you hit a certain age  ::) you need glasses to get the best knots - so I usually tie at home.
