it changed a little bit compare to last year. I find there is more fast water and less slow deep pools

just took a look on the cam and at 5:25pm there was a nice hatchery steelhead on the cam  ;D it looked like a summer run by the colouring. there was also like 5or6 trout zipping around in there  ;D and of course tons of chum moving in and out of focus  ::)

I agree. >:( I hope once the river gets back to a good level, some of those pools might reappear. I was there Sunday and man, was it ever low. Not many coho around. Went back yesterday and it looked like someone flushed the crapper. I bet it'll be fantastic tomorrow morning and of course I have to work.  ::)

From what I've been hearing, the Coho are there and in good numbers if you know where to look.
I may have to try it out this week.

Good shape today fished it for 45 minutes and took a clipped coho jack. ;D Saw another adult taken.

Fish the Chehalis yesterday in the afternoon. Fished some nice water but only managed a spring jack and a chum to hand.

I am planning a trip to the Chehalis next week. It has been 12+ years since I was last there. I know how to get to the Hatchery. However, once I am there, I cannot remember which way to go. Could someone point me in the right direction?
