where did you say the cam is ?? because if you meant that its by Slesse creek your way off. Its actually right by the river downstream from the lowest and largest claybank  ;)

and i think the lady that runs the cam phones in bad behaviour as well  ;D

okay here is EXACT directions to where the river webcam is but that doesnt mean you will find the cam  ;)

take Slesse Rd. (this is the left before you go over the Tamahi bridge, if you cross you have gone to far)
when you hit the V in the road follow the road to the RIGHT
follow this road until you hit where the river basically comes right to the road

this is where the cam is, before the cam was vandalized it used to be mounted on a post, i havent looked to see if i could find it because i only go in there when hunting for steelhead  ;D

I remember when people were crying when this cam first went up  ::) I like it because i can go to it and check to see what the water clarity might be. I mean you can tell if its chocolate or clear

Edit - the only reason i am posting where the cam is is so that people know that its in the upper river but is still below most of the claybanks (actually pretty sure this is the lowest one) so its great for checking water clarity. Some people might whine that i posted this but to bad for them because this really isnt an awesome place to catch fish. there are way better places thats for sure

think your looking at the wrong cam there Scot because im watching it right this second and its working fine. I even watched a guy kill a fish a few mins ago but then the cam switched views after he cleaned it.

The camera (operator) sees all. As I tuned into the camera this afternoon I saw it pan, settle and then zoom in on an angler.

Great tool for enforcement. Imagine them sitting with wifi in the comfort of their trucks, watching on their laptops in real time, stepping outside briefly to make a bust, and then getting warm and cozy in the truck again.  ;)
