Norrish Creek Fishing.

Has anyone been to Norrish Creek lately, I was there last year and got a bunch of chums and a few cohos. Thinking of going either tomorrow of Saturday.
Any info would be much appreciated.

All I can say is prepare to be chewed out by a few of the members here  ::)

It stopped raining out in Mission today around noon. I would suspect that by tomorrow it should be in very good shape.

A good rule of thumb for small rivers is that they will clean up in 24 hours or less of the rain stopping. You can check the doppler radar to see when the rain starts and stops.

For the record, I have yet to go to Norrish this year.

Hit the Vedder on Sunday, had a very good day, but in your oppinion, what would be better to go to tomorrow, Vedder or Norish Creek.

I was personally at Norrish this morning and it was blown and had a couple full size logs come down before we left for another river. Vis was about 2-3 feet when we showed up and in half hour after daylight was maybe a foot.

Sterling is pretty close on smaller rivers however this one might take a bit longer because it was still raining in the hills when i was on my way home at 1pm  :-\ I find that Norrish will take at least a day or a bit longer to start lowering but it will get clearer faster then that normally.

Agreed!  I know it's your choice - but posting about a small system could end up with a gong show out there!  Use the advice given, and go see for yourself - it might be well worth the effort!   ;)
